What’s your role at Pod?
I’m an Associate Director and oversee our global procurement practice. I manage a specialist team who recruit for end-to-end procurement vacancies across UK, Europe, Middle East and North America. My team is industry agnostic and we recruit across everything from Management Consultancy to Life Sciences and FMCG to Food and Beverages. I specialise in senior and executive level hiring with a focus on Senior Manager to CPO. I’m also part of our senior leadership team and get involved in company strategy, internal recruitment and training.
