We’re very excited to announce that we won the Embrace award at the APSCo Awards for Excellence 2024!
The APSCo Awards for Excellence have a tough application and judging process, and are well known in the industry as being some of the hardest to win. This involved a written application, followed by an interview where we were put through our paces by some industry experts!
The judges said of our application:
“The judges believe that equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging is clearly completely embedded into the whole of this business! During a difficult period, where EDI has become less of a priority for many, they have kept true to their values and purpose. This company is a trailblazer, showing the rest of the recruitment sector the way!”
This one means a lot to us – if you’ve come into contact with us before, you’ll likely know that we do a lot of work on DE&I, not just internally with our own staff, but with our clients too. Our aim is to try and help the industries we recruit for become more inclusive, and we believe that although we’re only a small business, we can have a big impact! We are extremely proud this work has been recognised, and it has reaffirmed that we’ll be continuing on our DE&I journey into the future too. We’re so proud of everyone at Pod Talent, it’s a win for everyone here now and everyone who has been a part of our journey! Thank you to APSCo and to the judges who voted for us.
