Pod operates in candidate short markets and so this is a business critical role requiring tenacity, creativity and the ability to build rapport in a short space of time. Candidate researchers use a range of methods to create shortlists for Pod clients. You will work closely with other consultants from Pod and will also play an important part in high profile retained searches. You would be responsible for finding candidates using a variety of sources including advertising, headhunting, the Pod database, recommendations and more, interviewing candidates and getting suitable candidates interested and excited about the opportunity. A great way to build your specialist network and become an expert in your sector.
