Job Title: Factory Manager/Plant Manager
Location: Hannover (On- site)
Salary: 100,000 -130,000 base + benefits
If you are an experienced production leader, fluent in German and with experience in leadership roles in German sites, this could be a great opportunity for you.
We are looking for someone to lead a high volume production site with an excellent track record and a significant impact on company results. We are looking for a leader who can work with an experienced team and be able to continue to guide them to high performance, with an emphasis on sustainability and process optimisation.
This role is a great chance to join a business with a large manufacturing footprint, opening the door for future opportunities internationally as well as within Germany. You will be working as part of a high achieving team with a strong CI mindset and producing products that have an impact on day to day working lives of millions of people.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in plant leadership
- Working experience in German manufacturing location
- Fluent German and English
- Ability to be on-site 5 days
German language is required for this role but if you are living elsewhere re-location can be supported.
