We are working with a well established food company who are hiring a Quality Manager for one of their leading European sites. This role will be leading the on site team in all things Quality, taking the lead on process, policy and training implementation and roll outs. Working with the cross functional site team you will be responsible for guiding and implementing best practice, complying with all customer standards. This role will be highly autonomous but working alongside a very supportive Quality Director and leadership team.
Who will be successful in this role?
- A proven Quality leader, from the food or consumer goods industry
- Experienced in leading a site based team, and ideally some regional exposure
- Someone with excellent technical knowledge of HACCP, BRC Auditing and QMS
- Technical education preferred
- Great communication skills- working with a strong team and as part of the wider Quality leadership for the region
