We are working with a leading consumer durables brand who are hiring in their R&D function- looking for a Team leader for Product Engineering. This role is part of the wider product team working closely with product design and scaling teams to ensure continuing delivery of exceptional products at the best possible cost. We are looking for an experienced product engineer with leadership experience as you would be heading up a small team with a real opportunity to have an impact on the end user experience.
Based in the innovation centre in Frankfurt, this role will have regular office days (3 a week min) so we need someone who is in Frankfurt of the surrounding area, or willing to relocate there.
What do you need to be successful?
- Team leader experience in engineering or product development environment
- Likely to have an educational background in Engineering- mechanical, industrial or related fields
- Good working knowledge of CAD and other design tools
- Experience in engineering and product manufacturing- preferably in durable goods
- Great communication- fluent English is essential
