Based in central London, they are currently on a look out for a dynamic Senior Supply Chain & Operations Manager to join their team, and work closely with a visionary female CEO, leading critical day-to-day operations, and playing a pivotal role in scaling the business to new heights. About the role:
- Play a key part in setting the strategic vision for supply chain operations, developing scalable, cost-effective processes that align with the global growth ambitions.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the value chain to drive operational efficiencies.
- Oversee demand planning, inventory management and stock control, ensuring optimal stock levels, to support the business needs.
- Manage key relationships with 3PL providers and suppliers to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Collaborate closely with the wider leadership team to ensure operational goals are aligned with company goals, continuously improving processes to drive business success.
About you:
- Proven experience leading supply chain operations for a D2C/global e-commerce brand.
- Ability to work in fast-pace and high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability.
- Experience working with Shopify, Zendesk and/or Mintsoft.
- Highly ambitious with desire to learn and develop
