I am thrilled to be working with a cosmetics business in the heart of London who are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team for a period of 3-6 months!
In this role, you will work on day to day operational activities, including order management, stock analysis, and stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities
As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will:
- Place orders with international suppliers
- Work with 3PLs and warehousing teams to ensure inventory accuracy and on time delivery
- Track orders and escalate issues with suppliers
- Make sure that invoices are correct
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 1+ year’s experience in a supply chain operational role in FMCG or retail
- Excellent Excel skills (& ideally Google Sheets experience)
- An ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders internal and external
- Fantastic organisational skills and the ability to juggle conflicting priorities
- A can-do attitude and dedication to the job you do
