Supply Chain Director, UK&I
Pod Talent are searching for an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Director to lead the UK&I operations for a dynamic, global FMCG business. Sitting as part of the country senior leadership board, this role requires someone with a strong foundation in S&OP and demand forecasting, capable of influencing processes across regional and local teams. You’ll manage a team of high-performing Supply Chain professionals, drive efficiencies in end-to-end supply chain processes, and bring fresh solutions to a fast-paced, matrix environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full supply chain operations, including S&OP, demand forecasting, logistics, and omnichannel distribution.
- Drive improvements in supply chain processes, identifying pain points and implementing solutions for continuous development.
- Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, fostering development and collaboration across the supply chain function.
- Build and maintain influential relationships with EMEA and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
- Champion a hands-on approach to navigating matrix organization challenges and developing robust demand and S&OP processes.
Top Skills:
- Proven track record in S&OP and demand forecasting, ideally within a matrix or FMCG environment.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across EMEA.
- Experience with omnichannel distribution, encompassing B2B, D2C, online, and boutique operations.
- Agile, solutions-driven mindset with a knack for improving broken or complex processes.
- Strategic team leadership, with the ability to engage and develop talent across a diverse team.
