EU Project Manager
Location: Hybrid, 2-3 day WFH / North Brabant, Netherlands
Package: €70,000 - €80,000 + Package.
Pleased to be partnering with a European leader on a brand new role focused on the Benelux Region.
You'll have a broad remit with some incredibly interesting projects working directly with the MD for the region. Your projects with span across commercial strategy, IT (WMS/TMS/ERP), operational model design and logistics development. You will play a critical role in the transformational journey working closely with senior stakeholders to drive this forward.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Senior Leadership and European counterparts to drive transformation agenda. Not just execution but developing strategies and identifying opportunities
- Lead and implement logistics and IT projects across Europe, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and sustainability.
- Drive organisational and commercial development throughout the Benelux region.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, logistics, finance, and commercial teams to build bridges and ensure smooth project execution.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in project management, ideally with exposure to Supply Chain or Logistics but not necessary
- A hands-on approach with a passion for driving change, able to influence and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
- Strong organisational skills and familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Prince 2 etc).
- Experience in ERP, WMS, and TMS implementations is a plus.
