Are you an indirect procurement expert with a passion for driving efficiency, managing risk, and optimising supplier performance on a global scale? I'm looking to speak with procurement leaders with Global Indirect Sourcing experience to spearhead procurement transformation efforts, ensuring sourcing excellence across multiple regions. This role is pivotal in aligning sourcing strategies with business objectives, managing key supplier relationships, and overseeing indirect spend to maximise cost savings, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the Global Indirect Sourcing Transformation strategy to enhance procurement effectiveness.
- Lead the migration and integration to the global services, implementing global services strategy.
- Managing indirect categories globally (Europe, Asia, Australia etc), with a focus on facilities management and marketing.
- Track and assess the performance of sourcing partners against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high service levels.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks related to compliance, operations, and financial aspects.
- Drive cost optimisation and maximise value by managing indirect spend across global operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various business functions to align sourcing strategies with organisational objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance to regional sourcing teams in a dotted-line reporting structure, ensuring consistency and efficiency in procurement processes.
- Develop and present reports on sourcing performance, market trends, and transformation progress to senior leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate policies and ethical sourcing practices, fostering a culture of responsible procurement.
- Support budget holders in sourcing, selecting, negotiating contracts, and managing vendors for key indirect spend categories.
About You:
- Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Indirect Sourcing, Operations, and Commercial Governance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with multi-region sourcing responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and align cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including international travel.
