Logistics Manager – FMCG
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + 10% Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the position of Logistics Manager:
- Manage 3PL Relationships – Lead relationships with 3PL partners, overseeing transportation and export logistics to ensure smooth operations across the UK and EU, and support successful market expansion.
- Streamline Logistics Operations – Work closely with production, planning, and customer supply teams to ensure cost-effective, timely deliveries and maintain inventory balance while improving service levels.
- Drive Sustainability Initiatives – Implement environmentally friendly logistics solutions to reduce carbon emissions and minimise waste.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Maintain full compliance with transportation, import/export regulations, and sustainability reporting requirements.
- Control Costs and Improve Efficiency – Develop and manage budgets effectively, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising performance, and working closely with supply and finance teams.
- Leverage Data for Strategic Decisions – Use performance data to monitor and enhance operations, tracking key KPIs to drive continuous improvement and better decision-making.
Key Experience Requirements for the position of Logistics Manager:
- 5+ years of logistics experience within consumer goods across the UK & EU.
- Strong understanding of market drivers and cost mitigation strategies within 3PL.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the export process and procedures.
- Proven experience in senior stakeholder management with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
- Experience in project and cost reporting within the supply chain across UK and EU markets.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with proficiency in Excel and other data tools.
