Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end order management and fulfilment processes, ensuring seamless operations.
- Lead and develop the order operations team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with warehouses, logistics providers, and key internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor and improve key operational metrics, SLAs, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Key Experience & Knowledge Required:
- 5-7 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or fulfilment within retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Experience working with ERP/Order Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
This is a 12-month maternity cover contract with an immediate start, so we’re looking for candidates who are available immediately or on a very short notice period.
