High quality traditional contingent search

This is normally the starting point for us building trust with new clients before they take on our other services. As well as providing a comprehensive database search we can also carry out a headhunt search and contact our network for referrals and recommendations. For every search we provide the utmost candidate and client care alongside providing the best active and passive candidates in the market.

 

2 week exclusive search method

If your role requires a high quality of candidate in a rare skill-set, it is likely that your recruitment partner will need to headhunt on your behalf. Having multiple recruitment consultants working on the same headhunt can cause major issues: Passive candidates are not expecting to be contacted about a role, so being contacted by multiple agencies can actually turn them off your opportunity. A recruitment consultant in competition is effectively encouraged to get CVs to the client as quickly as possible, so the care that they take over selling your opportunity is endangered. Pod have come up with a solution: with 2 weeks sole agency status (and no up-front fee) we can concentrate on selling your role in the best light, while you retain the ability to go out to further agencies if you are not happy with our progress. We share our progress with you throughout the process, so that you know exactly where we are at.

 

Retained Search Method

We usually only suggest this method when our client has a clear need for it, such as sensitivity around the role, or the skills required are very specific, rare or senior. This method requires the commitment of a high level of resources at Pod in return for a fee upfront from our client to retain our services. As a result, we can then allocate consultants specifically to this process until it is complete. Prior to undertaking the search we would meet all of the relevant stakeholders within the client to fully understand what is needed. We then use this information along with the job description to create marketing literature relating to the vacancy which will act as a sales document alongside the job description. At this point we would then engage our network and use our headhunting skills to source the best candidates within the market.

 

Talent Pipelining

Many of our long-term partners provide us with a forecast of their potential future needs across EMEA. In return for this, we look to build targeted networks of potential talent to fit. As a result, we can introduce people to our clients in advance of their needs or immediately after a vacancy becomes official. This process cuts down the time to hire dramatically, while giving us more time to qualify the best candidates to fit the job and culture of our partner.

 

Account Management

This is a service we can offer to all of our clients who prefer to have a sole point of contact. This method is most suited to clients that have a long term recruitment strategy which will involve multiple hires across different disciplines. In this case a dedicated Account Manager is assigned to work on the relationship and delivery of services to that specific client. Our account manager would work very closely with internal recruitment and HR to create a standard process and expectations between ourselves and our client. As well as improving our ability to screen against culture fit, it reduces the need for multiple calls from different consultants.

 

Talent Management Consulting

We believe it is important to provide our clients with more than just ‘bums on seats’ and this service is an essential part of that. This service provides guidance and advice to our customers on the many different aspects of talent management including staff retention, recruitment and selection, forward planning, getting the most out of internal recruitment teams and much more. Working closely with you as well as our network of consultants with industry leading expertise in this area, we will build a long-term strategy tailored to your department’s unique requirements and be with you along the way. Using a mixture of processes, marketing material and targeted media campaigns we can improve how our clients are perceived by the external market. This starts with simple things such as making sure your job adverts represent you in the best way and leads to a full range of marketing, branding and policy to improve your image. Outsourced Graduate Scheme

On behalf of our clients we are creating an outsourced graduate recruitment scheme throughout the academic year which will provide a selection of the best graduates that have successfully completed relevant degrees. We will raise awareness of careers in Supply Chain and Procurement, which are still areas not well known to graduates looking for their first job. We use our functional specialism and knowledge of our clients’ cultures to select the best graduates available. Our clients who sign up to this will receive a detailed personality and technical profile of each individual.

 

Team Build

This service is most beneficial when a client is restructuring, relocating or building their departments. After working together to define a strategy of what the best team structure will be, we then research the local market for the best hunting grounds to target, considering everything from competitors to local universities. We then put together a tailored campaign utilising our employer branding knowledge to deliver the best people for your team, combining advertising, head-hunting and referrals. Rather than recruiting individuals, we recruit a team for you, considering how they would work collectively.
