What’s your role at Pod?
I'm Pod's Managing Director and one of the founding partners. I'm responsible for managing all recruitment teams in the business – both UK and internationally. These teams recruit across Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, R&D and Supply Chain Technology.
Tell us a fun fact about yourself!
My real name is not Lucy and is actually Simone. When I was 4 I decided I didn’t like my name and asked my parents if they would change it to Snoopy. Weirdly they said no, but after much negotiation another character from the Peanuts cartoon was selected, and Lucy became my name. I only changed it legally a few years ago.
