All directors will be board members, equity holders, responsible for multiple teams as well as the direction and development of the business as a whole. There is also the potential for an additional role in leading another element of the business such as marketing, HR or L&D.

Directors are expected to remain the face of Pod to our clients, developing new recruitment solutions and new business opportunities so they must have a strong name in their industry, both within their sector and the recruitment market at large.

We are committed to the development of our own people so directors are likely to come from an internal promotion.
