Role: Customer Service Executive - Export
Salary: up to £25k
Location: London

Pod is currently partnering with a high end, fun, funky brand that launched a few years ago. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive - Export to join their multinational team. 
 
Your challenge:
• As the Customer Service-Export you will have the overall responsibility for the management and coordination of export operation
• Manage the movement of orders out of the warehouses in accordance with policy and procedure
• You will ensure that the export process is undertaken in line with agreed timescales
• Identify order / shipping problems, reacting quickly and logically whilst communicating with key parties
• Providing excellent customer service support in a busy and demanding department
• Ensure all orders for that month are shipped and invoiced on time
 
Your awesomeness:
• As a Customer Service Executive - Export you will have excellent attention to detail required
• You will have export customer service knowledge
• You will have Export experience - MUST
• As a Customer Service Executive- Export you will have an understanding of air and sea freight shipments
• You will have strong planning & organisation skills
• You will have the ability to manage and prioritise multiple shipments leaving from multiple warehouses at one time
• Great communication skills
