Head of Customer Experience

  • SALARY: MIN GBP 55,000.00 - MAX GBP 70,000.00
Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Head of Customer Experience for a fantastic start-up business based in central London. This is a great opportunity to join a well funded, fast growth business defining and delivering their long term customer experience.


Reporting into the COO, responsibilities of this role will include:

- Building the customer service/experience team and defining the performance metrics to ensure the highest service is delivered

- Developing the short, medium and long term customer experience strategy

- Ensuring the business has the necessary customer service structure and resources to cope with the speed of growth across numerous markets

- Effectively utilising technology and platforms to maximise efficiency and scalability

- Working closely with other departmental leads to ensure cross functional projects are successful

- Leading, motivating and developing the Customer Experience team whilst instilling a collaborative people first culture

- Maintaining a good understanding and development of the industry and the competition


Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

- A minimum of 6-8 years experience within customer services/customer experience, ideally within a fast growth start-up environment

- Excellent communication skills with experience leading and developing teams

- A good understanding of customer-related technology ideally with experience developing and implementing new systems

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make business decisions based on data

- A strong educational background (or equivalent)
