Caroline is Head of our R&D team at Pod, as well as managing our team of researchers. This means she wears 2 hats for our business: The first hat enables her to deliver exceptional executive search projects across research and development for our international clients. Her 2nd hat means that she looks after our centralised reearch team, who work across each of our different areas supporting the consultants with sourcing for roles and the exciting projects we work on. She is a member of the senior leadership team at Pod and has recently become a partner.
We searched high and wide for the right person and finally found Caroline at Proco Global where she headed up their food and beverage division. She joined us with 10 years recruitment experience, 5 of which has been within supply chain executive search finding exceptional leaders for the likes of Diageo, ABbInbev, Coca-Cola, Carlsberg and many more. Before inviting her to join us, our due diligence activities couldn't find one person that said anything but good things about her: she is great at her job, always does what she says she will, cares deeply about both her team members and her extended network.
Among Caroline's many and varied strengths is her ability to keep me in check when I misbehave and not put up with any of my nonsense. As a result I will not be adding the usual hilarious comments about her within this profile due to fear of being told off.
