In this role we are looking for someone who has previously worked closely with major retail partners in Europe and North America- preferably on a multi country basis, creating joint initiatives and improvements to the supply chain process. Someone who has been in a customer facing role would be a real advantage.
This is a great chance for someone who has perhaps been leading a region or cluster in an FMCG environment who now wants to move to a more strategic role on a global scale, with more emphasis on strategy than execution.
The business are going through a change management process currently, so strong stakeholder engagement skills will be key- working with regional counterparts to understand their requirements and support delivery of new process.
