As a Logistics/Logistiek Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of driving environmental improvements and minimising pallet losses across the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities for the position of Logistics/Logistiek Warehouse Supervisor -
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Collection Points and Retail Outlets to ensure collaborative relationships and maximize asset recovery.
- Investigate pallet losses and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent re-occurrence.
- Conduct thorough analysis and reporting to support informed business decisions and meet performance targets.
- Maintain quality standards through audits at depots and pallet producers, ensuring desired quality is delivered.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and reduce losses.
Key Requirements for the position of Logistics/Logistiek Warehouse Supervisor -
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced logistics environment, preferably within FMCG.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables and V Lookups) and proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Suite, and Power BI.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and problem-solve.
- Creative thinking and proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
