Senior Procurement Manager, Marketing – Frankfurt (Hybrid) – €100,000-€105,000 + package
A leading global business with a high-calibre international procurement team seek a strong Marketing Procurement Manager to own end-to-end sourcing strategy across Advertising, Merchandising, PR and Influencer spend worth c.€100m.
A new global procurement strategy is currently being implemented following a significant period of investment in procurement capability and technology across the global business. Key requirements include leading on senior stakeholder engagement (Director up to VP) across all regional locations and leading sourcing initiatives across the Marketing category.
The procurement function is famed for innovation and you will have ownership over end-to-end procurement strategy and the ability to be entrepreneurial in how you design and implement new processes across the region. The position is highly strategic and has excellent progression opportunities to move internationally and into more senior positions both inside and outside of the procurement function.
Key Skills required:
- Business fluency in German (preferred) – OR Czech, Polish or Slovakian – is essential for this position.
- 4-6 years’ Marketing procurement experience and managing multimillion spends at a regional level.
- Ability to influence at senior levels in a fast-moving industry/company environment.
- Prior experience working in transformational environments and implementing strategic change within the Marketing category.
