We are looking for a fluent German speaker who is used to working in senior roles in production leadership, excited about change management and able to lead a workforce through periods of transition. This is a fully site based role in a relatively rural location so will require someone to be based nearby- re-location is supported for the right candidate. Fluent German is essential alongside existing right to work in the EU- applicants without these specifications cannot be considered unfortunately.
