Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Quality Management organisation at the manufacturing site.
- Develop, communicate, and execute plant Quality Management strategies.
- Ensure a constant state of quality system inspection readiness.
- Partner with Operations to facilitate network initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with QA and RA requirements for R&D and EPD projects.
- Maintain and improve the environmental management system in compliance with EHS policies.
What We Seek in the Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: At least 5 years in a QC/QA leadership role within medical device and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Expertise: Mastery of global quality standards and regulations governing medical products, including CFR 820, ISO 13485, and MDSAP.
- Skills: Ability to think clearly and decisively, maintaining composure under challenging conditions.
