About the role:
- Drive best-in-class supply planning processes to optimise production, materials, and ingredient management.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of experienced planners and managers.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to help drive key decisions and mitigate availability risks.
- Design and implement strategic initiatives to improve availability while managing stockholding and waste.
- Lead site planning reviews and focus on optimising service, cost, and inventory levels.
About you:
- Over 6 years of experience in supply planning, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- A strong leader with a collaborative approach.
- An expert communicator who can influence key stakeholders and navigate complexity.
- A track record of building and developing high-performing teams in a dynamic supply chain setting.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
