About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to take ownership of Capex (store and kitchen fit-outs) and Facilities (hard & soft services) across the UK and Europe. This is a high-impact role where you’ll create and execute strategic category plans, deliver savings, and enhance supplier relationships—helping to shape the future of a dynamic, customer-focused business.

What You’ll Need

  • A proven track record in strategic procurement within Capex and Facilities – applicants must have experience in FF&E (store and kitchens)
  • Previous industry experience in the hospitality or QSR space is a must
  • Experience in developing and implementing category strategies that deliver cost savings and value
  • A proactive and solutions focused mindset – we’re looking for a leader who can anticipate challenges and make things happen
  • Strong stakeholder management skills—you’ll be working with senior teams across multiple functions
  • The ability to navigate an international environment, working across different markets and cultures
